Official senders
Fraudsters sometimes imitate well-known names. This is how you recognise genuine messages from us.
Our domains
We only send email from these four domains:
- ceo.ch
- luxurybroker.com
- asset.ch
- cybersecurity.eu
Look-alike addresses – for example with extra hyphens or letters, or other endings such as ceo-ch.com or luxury-broker.net – are not ours.

Messages sent by the platforms themselves, such as login or confirmation emails, come from addresses ending in @luxurybroker.com, @asset.ch or @cybersecurity.eu.
What we never do
- We never ask for your password or a login code – not by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- We never change bank details by email.
- We never send programs or ZIP files.
- We never ask you to log in through a link in an unexpected message. Type the address of the platform yourself instead.
Technical protection
Our domains are protected with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Email providers can therefore check whether a message really comes from us. If your email program shows a warning for a message that appears to come from us, treat it with caution.
Something looks suspicious?
Do not click any links and do not open attachments. Forward the message to [email protected] or call us – we will confirm whether it is genuine. Security vulnerabilities can be reported via security.txt.
